Services
What we offer
Our purpose is to provide, for each individual, a care and support service that is reliable, friendly and effective, and tailored to fit your needs. Supported by our full time Nurse Manager, all our care staff are trained in:
- Practical Support. Providing assistance and encouragement to help with the challenges of daily life. This might include light housework, shopping, gardening, meal preparation and paperwork – and alongside which companionship is often a key element.
- Personal Care. We recognise there may be a need for more intimate care, and can support your daily routine by helping with such tasks as bathing and getting ready for bed. Our care staff are fully competent in the use of mobility aids, assistance with medication, overnight support and respite care.
- Complex Care. Where there is a need for more complex and challenging care – such as a discharge from hospital, palliative care or for those with long-term multiple and intensive needs — we work alongside district nurses and other medical professionals to provide the highest quality support.
“The professional yet loving care given by your special team of carers to Mum and Dad enriched their lives. We would like to thank all your staff for the exemplary service you have provided for our parents over the last seven years.”
