Kemble Care Snowman

Snow & Ice may cause Carers and Office Staff more than the usual number of headaches, but a bit of Snowman therapy helped some of us relieve the stresses and strains of keeping things going. The new member of the team stayed around longer than expected, but eventually he could not stand the heat and we parted company.

The flesh and blood Office Staff would like to pass on their thanks and admiration for the exceptional efforts put in by our Carers during the adverse weather. They were infinitely more useful than a Snowman!

NVQ Program

Our internal assessors, Pam Wilson, Sam Butler and Claire Knight give individual and regular assistance to care staff during their studies for this award and undertake the required care practice observations while they are working with clients. The photograph, taken at Kemble Care's office, shows several recent candidates who have achieved their awards.
